Ayelet Shaked (; (ヘブライ語:איילת שקד); born 7 May 1976) is an Israeli politician and computer engineer. She has served as a member of the Knesset for the Jewish Home since 2013, and as Minister of Justice since 2015. Although representing a religious party, Shaked identifies as a secular politician. Her mother, a Bible teacher, was Ashkenazi (whose ancestors migrated as part of the First Aliyah from the Russian Empire and Romania in the 1880s) and voted for center-left parties.
